Pennsylvania Community Solar Program
Over the last several years, Pennsylvania has considered bills in the state legislature to establish community solar programs. Lightstar hopes the most recent bill, filed in the fall of 2023, may pass as soon as early summer in 2024. We strongly encourage landowners in Pennsylvania to reach out to their state elected representatives and senators and ask for their support of community solar legislation.
