Oregon Community Solar Program
Oregon’s Clean Energy Standard calls for a 100% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions from the baseline by 2040 – the baselines are calculated from average emissions in the early 2010s. Oregon’s community solar program was launched with capacity in early 2020, with a second offering made in early 2022. The program was made available through the legislature and Oregon’s Public Utility Commission.
